Hussey Rules The Battle Of The Kings
Yesterday we had a scintillating knock from Brendon McCullum for the Kolkatta Knight Riders. He brought up his century of just 53 balls. Today, during the battle of the Kings, Michael Hussey showed us why he is called Mr. Cricket. He brought up his century off just 50 balls to complete his century. He set the stadium ablaze with his lusty blows all over the park.
He was ruthless to who ever bowled, be it pacers or spinners. It was a stunning display and it is our previledge to watch two amazing centuries in two days. This one was completely different from the one yesterday as Hussey had to consolidate and then launch an attack on the opponents. He did it with such an ease that left everyone stunned.
The King’s XI Punjab started off well and kept up with the pace. But even that didn’t prove enough for them as they could manage only 207 chasing 241 for victory.
